Information Page. "Travelers of Massachusetts" is the
brand name for, among other business, personal lines
automobile insurance business underwritten by The
Premier Insurance Company of Massachusetts. Outlined
below is the information necessary to allow
MAIP-certified producers to submit a MAIP-assigned
policy to Premier. This page is unsecured and, as such,
contains limited information.
We encourage you to enroll
in our secured Agent HQ website where you will be able
to access Agency Management Information, Commission
Statements and more. Agent HQ makes it easy to service
your policy with Premier.
Please complete the Agent HQ
Portal Compatibility Review Form and fax it using the
contact and fax information on the form. Once received,
a Welcome Package will be mailed containing everything
you need to know to log on to our site. Complete the
form today and you will be established in our system
within 5 to 10 business days.

New Business Submission Requirements:
- MAIP Auto Insurance Application
- Deposit and any outstanding Earned Premium owed to Premier
- Complete the Additional Information form
- Supplemental Application if eligible for discounts
- Finance Policy Agreement, if applicable
- Copies of all Driver's Licenses and Driver's Education Certificates (per CAR)
Please Note - We will waive a pre-insurance inspection, except under the following circumstances:
- When the applicant or policyholder requests to add physical damage coverage mid-term to a motor vehicle already insured by the applicant or policyholder without such physical damage coverage;
- When the applicant or a rated operator has Merit Rating Points between 16 and 45, inclusive; or
- When the agent suspects fraud including, but not limited to prior vehicle damage, cracked or broken glass, paper vehicle, etc.
Please review the Automobile Pre-Insurance Inspections underwriting
guidelines.
In all instances where the agent suspects fraud or the policyholder is requesting to
add physical damage coverage mid-term to a motor vehicle already insured by the policyholder
without such physical damage coverage, we will not offer physical damage coverage until the
physical inspection report has been completed and returned to the agent.
The agent must use the Acknowledgement of Requirement for Pre-Insurance
Inspection (Form G) in these situations.
